Last Thursday, I was in a major state of indecision trying to determine which Kate Spade bag I "needed" from their surprise sale. Many of you will remember my post HERE .  After 7pm Thursday night, I finally decided the Yardley bag would be the best fit for my lifestyle and it was more of an everyday bag. So I settled in my comfy chair to order... I bet you already know where this is heading...Yardley was SOLD OUT. I was so disappointed, I'd already emptied out my Lilly Pulitzer Mar-A-Lago bag and was ready to begin carrying Yardley. So instead of ordering another bag that I didn't want as much, I walked away from the computer and didn't purchase anything.  As luck would have it in my Shopaholic society, sadness was short lived. Today, I am very tempted by the Kate Spade Surprise Sale. I've been using my Lilly Pulitzer Mar-A-Lago tote bag in Gold for quite some time now, and it's looking a little worse for the wear. While I love colored handbags, I tend to always reach for a neutral bag in metallic tones.  These two pretties are on my radar. This morning I was thrilled to see the above email from Ebates - Kate Spade Sample Sale time!  Of course I had no intentions of ordering another handbag - and I am proud to say I didn't. (Seriously, another bag isn't high on my "must have" list right now). But of course I had to take a quick look through the offerings... And there is was! I couldn't believe it!  Holy moly - the Kate Spade Sea Glass ring (I'm calling it the turtle!). Some of your will remember that when I was in Charlotte last month, I found this exact ring at Nordstrom Rack. (link to that post HERE ).  However, I was so disappointed because it wasn't my size and therefore, I walked away empty handed.  The Sample Sale has this ring available in sizes 6, 7 and 8 - and the best part - it's only $39 (retail $128). Today I'm happy to report that our Coastal Cleanup went off without a hitch yesterday, the weather was gorgeous and lots of items were collected in advance of the oil arriving on our coast. The current "oil forecast" says we might have landfall on Friday. Never in a million years, did I think we would have an oil forecast. It's like a surreal experience around these parts. Happy St. Patrick's Day, my friends! If you are celebrating today, please be careful but have fun!
