Happy Tuesday, everyone! Welcome to Shopaholic's version of "My Favorite Things" and today we're talking about the most elusive....perfect lashes! I don't know about you, but I'm constantly searching for the next big thing and best products on the market. Sometimes this gets me into a LOT of trouble when Sephora boxes arrive at the doorstep, but that's a different topic. :-) On my agenda - lush, long, thick, well seperated lashes. I realize this is quite a tall order, but I refuse to give up the good fight. Trust me when I tell you, I've tried it ALL. Mascaras by YSL, Dior (don't understand the fever over DiorShow, did nothing for me!), Clinique, Lancome, Cover Girl, Maybelline, Benefit, Givenchy. Parades, balls and other celebrations from New Orleans, LA to Panama City, FL are in FULL swing! Next Sunday, DH and I will ride in our parade in downtown Mobile. This will be my 18th year to do so! Happy Friday everyone! I'm running so LATE with everything today - been busy running all over town, getting ready for the weekend and the Super Bowl! :-) For my Friday post, I thought I'd share another EASY and great recipe for you to try! This one will probably fit right into your Super Bowl Sunday menu, and chances are, you have all the ingredients on hand already! PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL Ingredients: (2) 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened (1) 8 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple, well drained 1.5  Cup Chopped Pecans (2) Tbsp. chopped green Bell Pepper (2) Tbsp. chopped Onion (1) Tsp. seasoned salt Instructions: Combine all ingredients, reserving about 1 Cup of the pecans. Chill well. Form into a ball. Roll the ball in remaining pecans. Happy Thursday everyone! One more day until Friday - and Super Bowl weekend! :-) Earlier this week, I attended a Haiti Relief Benefit Open House. This event was hosted by my BFF Amy. I've known her longer than DH - how about that? The event featured products from Southern Living At Home, Tastefully Simple and Thirty-One; and 13.5-15% of all sales from the event were donated to the Red Cross For Haiti relief fund. Shopping? Yes! And for a cause? Oh yes!
