Party Photos!
Happy Sunday, Shopaholics! It's been raining here for days, I'm so tired of it. According to the experts, it won't stop until at least Wednesday! This is making me very grumpy...
Thought I would share some photos from the birthday party with you! These were taken last Saturday night. We had a great time, and my sister and DH did such a great job of putting the party together in record time.
Birthday cake, by "Pollman's Bakery" in Mobile. Disclaimer: DH knows I'm a total snob about my b'day cake, and it absolutely must have a beach scene. This is what the bakery came up with "sunset on the beach"...
These strawberries were so yummy! My sister whipped up a delish cream cheese dip to accompany...and the decorations were made by the lovely Shannon at "The Preppy Ladybug" (Etsy link HERE).
How about a Strawberry Cheese Ring? These are staples at all our parties. Seriously, I think my friend Mary showed up just because she knew we'd have one. HAHA
Compare me to Britney Spears if you'd like, but I think every birthday party can use a little Chick Fil A...
Fun table, huh? We ended up with a lot more on it, party planning was difficult when a few guests showed up almost 3 hours early! No names...Anyway, Please ignore our 80's decor...it's the beach and we should probably buy a whole bunch of new furniture...DH said I have to stop shopping first. As if. :-)
Yours truly!
My hair stylist Phillip, his partner Brian, Moi and baby sister Amy. So glad the boys came to visit! And they brought me the first two seasons of "True Blood". Great friends, great times!
Me and DH - we had so much fun!
Without them, I wouldn't even be here. With Dad, Mom and Amy.
BFF Priscilla (and her DH) were also in attendance
Enough photos, even I'm tired of looking at them now. :-) But I thought you might enjoy! To everyone else that was here, I'm so sorry there are no photographs. At some point, DH took control of the camera and let's just say this....he feel down on the job!
Have a wonderful Sunday and enjoy the rest of your weekend. Can you send wishes for sunshine my way, please?

ReplyDeleteWe need some sunshine this way too... at least the rain doesn't make me feel too guilty for staying indoors reading blogs and magazines all afternoon. xo
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous -- it looks like it was amazing! I'm a snob about my birthday cake/cupcakes too. They have to be summery and adorable.
